Swordfish sticks

Ingredients per 4 People

Swordfish, 14 oz.
Flour, 3,5 oz.
Milk, 4 fl. oz.
Eggs, 2
salt, 0,03 oz.
Peanut Oil, 78 fl. oz.

Procedure

Beat the eggs with the flour and salt, pour in the milk and whisk for a few seconds.
Preheat the oil at 356 °F.
Cut the fish into stripes, dip them in the batter and fry for 7-8 minutes. Let it dry on a paper towel.
Arrange sword fish stripes in a serving dish and serve hot.
