Grilled salmon marinated in mint sauce
Ingredients per 4 Portions
salmon steaks, 30,34 oz
white vine, 27/32 cup
extra virgin olive oil, 14.11 oz
mint leaves, 1,06 oz
rosemary, 0,04 oz
pine nuts, 3,35 oz
lemon, to taste
salt, to taste
Remove the skin from the salmon and place it in a bowl.
Wash mint and rosemary and place them in the blender. Add the shelled pine nuts, olive oil, wine, lemon juice and half a teaspoon of salt.
Blend all the ingredients and pour the mixture over the salmon. Marinate the salmon for at least 3 hours.
Heat the plate at medium heat and place on salmon. Cooking it for about 20 minutes and then turn it.
