Almond stuffed plums wrapped in crispy lard

Ingredients per 4 People

Pitted dried plums, 9 oz
Peeled almonds, 0.9 oz
Lard, 3.5 oz
Thyme, to taste
Laurel, to taste

Procedure

Preheat the oven to 392°F, turned on conventional (static) mode.
Fill every plum with an almond and wrap it with lard.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the plums in it, then add thyme and laurel.
Bake them for 5 minutes. Serve them hot.
Enjoy your meal.
