Chicken meatballs with crispy crust and a heart of melted cheese
Ingredients per 4 Portions
chicken, 17,5 oz
cheese slices, 6 slices
sliced bread, 10 slices
salt, to taste
peanut oil, to taste
Chop the chicken with a mixer. Add a pinch of salt.
Form meatballs and put in the middle a piece of cheese. Wrap tightly.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, meanwhile preheat oil at 375°F. Chop the bread into coarse crumbs.
Dip balls in the egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry in deep peanut oil for 8/10 minutes until golden brown.
