Mustard chicken breast with tumerich potatoes

Ingredients per 4 People

chicken breast, 28,2 oz
Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp
potatoes, 2 large
turmerich powder, to taste
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste


Cut the chicken into strips about 1 inch width and 4 long.
Put the meat in a baking dish and season with mustard and thyme, cover with plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In the meanwhile, cut the potatoes into very thin slices, season with oil, herb salt and turmeric powder and grill them on one side until tender.
Take the meat, stick every strip on a skewer and grill at full power for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Season the meat with oil salt and pepper, and serve hot with potatoes.
