Minipies with Montebore and Cabbage

Ingredients per 4 People

Flour 00, 8 Oz 

Baking powder, 1/2 Teaspoon 

Eggs, 2
Milk, 7 Oz
Butter, 1,5 Oz 

Salt
Pepper
Cabbage, 1/4 

Montebore, 4 Oz

Procedure

In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, then sdd milk and butter, previously melted. 
In a separate bowl, sift together flour and yeast. 
Incorporate them to the beaten eggs into the bowl. Flavor with pepper and a pinch of salt, stir well. Add diced cheese and thinly sliced ​​cabbage. 
Place the dough in a baking pan, filling each baking cups for the 2/3 and bake them at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
