“Calamarata” pasta with seafood and zucchini cream

Ingredients per 4 People

For the pasta:
fresh “calamarata” pasta, 12,3 oz
mixed fresh seafood, 17 oz
garlic, 2 cloves
cherry tomatoes, 12
parsley
chilli
dry white wine
olive oil

For the cream of zucchini:
zucchini, 2 medium
onion, 1/2
oil
salt

Procedure

For the pasta:
In a large pan fry two cloves of garlic with pepper and a little of chopped parsley, add the cherry tomatoes and a part of the mixed seafood. After 3 minutes, pour in the white wine and let evaporate, add the pasta (that you already are cooking according to the time indicated on its package, draining it two minutes earlier). Add the rest of the mixed seafod and sprinkle with parsley.

For the zucchini cream:
In a pan soften the onion in a little oil, add the sliced zucchini and cook for a few minutes. If necessary, add a little water and add salt. Once zucchini are cooked, bled them until you get a cream that you are going to pour on each dish. Complete the dish with calamarata pasta, spreading it on the cream of zucchini.
